• Aluminum construction plant

The new glazed aluminum construction plant started operations in July 2009. This is the most modern plant of its kind, entirely equipped with Schüco International KG equipment. Production is on two parallel lines Ð one is dedicated to window and door production, the other to manufacturing aluminum building facades. Both lines operate independently of each other.
The plant has gone through certification and meets European Union standards and norms. A “Production Process Inspection Certificate” issued by A/S Inspecta affirms that the aluminum facade and window production conforms to the Latvian standards LVS EN 13830:2004 and LVS EN 14351-1:2006, which grants the right to make products with a CE label.

  • PVC constructions

PVC construction plant works using KBE profile systems, which have a wide range of applications. The KBE profile systems make it possible to offer various window shapes with one or more casements, as well as doors, sliding doors, partition walls and other products. Products are available in a wide range of colors; they can have 3, 5 or 7 chambers as well as many different complementary elements such as a casement that opens outwards or a ì Regel-air ventilation system. KBE profiles have galvanized steel reinforcement for their entire length as well as changeable rubber seals. Maco Multi Trend accessories ensure that the windows open in four states, including winter ventilation. The profile assortment includes the KBE System 70 mm 5 chamber profile can be fitted with double-glazed glass, starting from 24 mm up to 56 mm. KBE profiles have also received a hygienic evaluation from the Latvian Public Health Agency, which funds them as safe for use in the construction of day care centers and hospitals.

  • Steel constructions

The metal construction plant manufactures such building components as beam, girders, ties, columns and other constructions that stand out with special durability and are quickly instaled. The plant can ensure the right technological processes for manufacturing products, including cleaning of the metal constructions by shot blassting in a shot blassting chamber and high pressure painting and drying in a painting-drying chamber.
Certified and trained welders work at the plant and are capable of producing both simple and complex constructions, for example roof frames up to 70 meters in lenghts, as well as if needed, making metal according to the customer’s individual design, for example welged variable cross-section beams, round cross- section columns with reinforcement filling and spiral staircases and railings of varying complexity.
The metal construction plant is certified, affirming product compliance with requirments of the Latvian standard LVS EN 1090-2: 2008, which indicates a sustained level of quality.

  • Glass construction plant

The production line can product both double-gazed and triple-glazed windows with low emissions “e-glass” and automatically fill them with argon, which ensures excellent thermal insulation, as well as produces glass for structural glazing. This, depending on the type and thickness of the glass, makes it possible to customize the production according to various technical and individual requirements.

  • Production of concrete products
